Line Flushed: |
It
is highly recommended to flush your drain line twice a year. The older
the system the more likely it will plug up. A plugged drain line could
result in a leak either on your ceiling or on your floor. Tablets
should be put in your drain pan to help dissolve any algae or debris,
thus preventing a problem. |

| Coil
Cleaning: |
Your
coil in your Air Handler is like the radiator in your car. If the
external side of the coil becomes plugged it cannot deliver enough
air through it, thus creating a high head pressure, longer running
time, and warmer temperatures. Acid washing this coil will return
it to its original state and optimum performance. |
